Dr Hubbard, I'm sorry you have people like this in your employment, they obviously don't give a damn about the animal or your clients.
I do not know how you would make my experience at the Bright veterinary clinic any better other than not changing me for the service. Ha, ha. The experience was very helpful and made me comfortable with my baby health. Thank you
Where do I begin? Best service, best staff and best prices around. I drive over an hour just to get to this place. I won't go any where else. Dr Hubbard is the most compassionate and knowledgeable vet I've ever met. He has saved so many of my pets and exotic pets. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to keep our critters healthy. A prime example is my rooster was at deaths door and I took him to a bird specialist. They told me to put him to sleep. Dr Hubbard didn't give up and that was about 2 years ago and my rooster is the healthiest he's ever been. I'm a very needy animal parent and his staff is always so kind and patient with me. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to this place. You won't get better than Bright Vet Clinic. Period.
I always recommended Bright Veterinary Clinic, I will no longer do that. If a vet can turn their back on an animal in need they should lose their license. And to refuse a customer service??? Unbelievable!!!!!
Thursday night, late, our one dog had labored breathing. We went to Med Vet and they drained fluid from her chest to help her breath. Her labored breathing was back Saturday morning and we went to Bright Veterinary Clinic. It was about noon, we were the only people there and we carried her in. We told the receptionist why we were there, what occurred Thursday night / Friday morning, and were told a technician would be out for us soon.
After about 5 minutes a technician came out and said because we had gone to Med Vet, we need to take her back to Med Vet since they were treating her. She also added several times that they have no openings and can't get us in today, though we were the only ones there, sign in sheet all marked off, parking lot empty.
Worst experience ever!!!!! Refused Service??????
Very knowledgeable staff and extremely patient with the animals. We have been to a couple of different vets over the past few years looking for that "ONE" that you just feel is the one that you know your pet is going to be in the best of hands, and this was definitely the place for us from almost the moment we called to schedule the first appointment and as soon as we walked in the front door we knew immediately that we would not have to look for another place and we had found the perfect place to care for our dog. And after they had finished with the exam and gave her the treatment she needed we were completely floored by the cost of the services which ended up being more than half of what we had expected to pay. So not only did our dog receive absolutely top quality treatment from the staff here, but it was done at a price that was extremely affordable for the average family which was nice to learn after we had already decided that we had found the right place.

I'm not sure who the vet on duty was, it was not Dr. Hubbard and I don't think it was Dr. Day.
The poor dog was having a hard time breathing. I know it's getting close to being her time. But for a vet to refuse you service because you had gone to an emergency clinic a few nights earlier is irresponsible. A vet that cannot say it themselves and a technician that can't look you in the eye.
